Dr. Smith's journey in dentistry began right here at Hedgesville High School. He later pursued his passion by earning his dental degree from West Virginia’s School of Dentistry. His dedication to excellence led him to further advanced education and training, including a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
With certifications in laser treatments, oral sedation, IV moderate conscious sedation, and SMART certification from the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), Dr. Smith is well-equipped to provide you with the best care possible. He is an active member of esteemed organizations like the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Smith is also a fellow of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVIF).
